appropriate level for each participant will be determined during the first
half hour of every lesson listed above.

Men's and Women's ''Technique''
lessons are not divided into ''Levels''.

It
is possible to join more lessons at lower levels only (not higher).

A
satin ribbon in different colours based on each level will be provided to be
worn during the lessons (around the
wrist, the ankle, in the hair...!)
BEGINNERS
